d ring belt

This is the third item I have purchased from Jan Hilmer and the second belt of a similar style. I have nothing but praise for the quality and workmanship. I get nothing but compliments when I wear the belt out. Thank you so much and I can't wait to purchase my next item.

As much as I love the product, shipping was a big problem. I didn't get my purchase until more than 3 weeks later because the country of origin was experiencing delays. I appreciate that problems can suddenly arise, but nothing about this was posted on their site and I was not warned when I made the purchase. I had to reach out and inquire about delays after hearing nothing for 2 weeks (when the site says they ship within 3-5 days), rather than the company proactively keeping me up to date. I guess I expect a higher level of customer service when I'm purchasing a pricier item.
